A technically qualified team is prepared to carry out fat rich content analysis of olives and olive pomace by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, contrasting the results with the Soxhlet Method, moisture by gravimetrics, as well as acidity by volume.
For said testing, we have the necessary equipment available to carry out the analysis: Mill, precision scales, drying ovens, MRN, Burettes…. all calibrated by technicians at the beginning of each oleiola campaign.
